Loi applicable
La procédure d'insolvabilité sera régie par la loi applicable, sans préjudice des effets d'une telle procédure sur les obligations contractuelles et extracontractuelles, les biens, la reconnaissance d'une procédure étrangère ou les effets d'une telle reconnaissance, distinctes d'une procédure d'insolvabilité, qui seront régis par la loi résultant de l'application de la loi type de l'OHADAC relative au droit international privé.
