Tribute to the Constitution of Cadiz at the Ibero-American Summit in November.

Mexico intensifies Trade with Central America through a new trade agreement.

Mexico will increase its trade with Central America through the new Free Trade Agreement, which came into force on Saturday after being approved by three of the six countries involved, officials said. Spain, the United Kingdom and the European Commission signed in Honduras the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) with Central America, completed prior agreement with the Cariforum countries.
