Under the initiative of the Mexican Yearbook of International Law (AMDI), the prestigious National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), through its Institute for Legal Research (IIJ), as part of its ongoing Seminar of the Mexican Yearbook of International Law (SAMDI), invites the legal community to debate in its Table II on the OHADAC project of regional integration on next September 20 & 21.
On the other hand, the Mexican Academy of Private International & Comparative Law and the Free School of Law, under the XXXV Annual Seminar in its tribute to the School in its first century, will have as its guest of honor, Dr. Jose Carlos Fernandez Rozas, director of the Public and Private International Law Department at the Complutense University, who will deliver the keynote address.
The event will take place from September 26th to 28th; the roundtable “One Hundred Years of Private International Law in Mexico” will be directed by Dr. Leonel Pereznieto Castro with an agenda trying international judicial cooperation, international arbitration, comparative law (particularly on the international protection of tourists), e-commerce, among many.
