The Diploma in International Business Law is a programme (Executive Certificate Program) organized by the Global Institute of Higher Studies in Social Sciences (iGLOBAL) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, under the direction of the Department of Public & Private International Law of the Madrid Complutense University (UCM), with support from the President Leonel Fernandez?s foundation FUNGLODE.
It is divided into four (4) modules, covering the complex, recent and multifaceted world of international economic law.
The first module, under the direction of Professor Dr. José Carlos Fernandez Rozas, was attended by H.E. the President of the Dominican Republic, Dr. Leonel Fernandez Reyna.
The fourth module will be dedicated to Commercial & Investment Arbitration, also conducted by Professor Fernandez Rozas, and led by senior professors of international private Law, Vice-Dean Pedro A. de Miguel Asensio (UCM), by Mr. Bertrand Ancel from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and by the recognized Dominican expert Ms. Fabiola Medina, among many.
