Under the initiative of His Excellency Ambassador D. Manuel Morales Lama, President of the prestigious Hispanic Luso American Institute of International Law (IHLADI) http://www.ihladi.org, a consultative organ of the United Nations, was held the second working meeting between ACP Legal and the IHLADI to jointly explore the ways of cooperation in the harmonization of trade rules in Latin America and the Caribbean and the creation of a regional arbitration court dedicated to small and medium enterprises, under the OHADAC project.
The IHLADI in the Article 2 of its statutes aims to ?study and disseminate the concepts, principles, institutions, systems and instruments of international law to support the progressive development and codification for a peaceful coexistence and the rule of justice between peoples?. It has an international network of renowned jurists whose talent and reputation may contribute to the success of the OHADAC initiative.
