City The Araúz Law Firm, Panama, and The Complutense University of Madrid, Department of Public & Private International Law, Spain, will organize the II International Training Seminar on Trade & Investment Arbitration, from August 22 to 27th, with the collaboration of ACP Legal.
The course will feature leading Hispanic experts in arbitration, Dr. Juan Carlos Arauz, Prof. Dr. Bernardo Cremades Sanz-Pastor, Prof. Dr. José Carlos Fernández Rozas, Prof. Dr. Gilberto Boutin and Prof. Dr. Rodolfo Dávalos Fernández, with the academic support of the University of Science and Technology (ULACIT, Costa Rica).
A lecture by Prof. Dr. Rodolfo Dávalos Fernández, University of Havana, Cuba, will be entitled “the OHADAC and its efforts to support the harmonization of business law and the development of international arbitration”.
