Under the initiative & coordination of Prof. Dr. Gerardo J. Ulloa Bellorin and the Presidency of Prof. Dr. Yoselyn A. Bermudez Abreu, on Monday July 11, was protocolized at the Public Registry, Second Circuit, Municipality of Maracaibo the constitution of the Civil Association "ACP Legal Venezuela".

In the leading members of the Board, please note the presence of Vice-President Prof. MSc. Rosa V. Núñez Nava, -Attorney at Law-, and Secretary & Treasurer Prof. Lissette B. Romay Inciarte.

Prof. Dr. Yoselyn Bermudez is Doctor of Law, Professor of Private International Law in the Department of International Law and Research Centre of Private Law at the University of Zulia (Venezuela), co-author of "The UNCITRAL Model Law of International Commercial Arbitration and its impact on Venezuelan law"; prof. MSc. Rosa Núñez is Coordinator of Research and Advanced Studies (ICAS) of the Bolivarian University of Venezuela; Dr. Lissette Romay is a professor at the Rafael Belloso Chacin University; MSc. Gerardo Ulloa is a former Assistant at the High Court of Justice of Venezuela, Attorney at Law and professor at the Rafael Belloso Chacin University.

The certified incorporation will be soon on our website. Copies of the Constitutive Act, Statutes & Logo of the newly formed Association are available online for your kind information.

Additionally, under the initiative of Dr. Fernando Pérez-Correa Camarena, should be constituted shortly the ACP Legal Mexico Chapter.
