The Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, Faculty of Law will organize the Vth. International Seminar on Private International Law on "Trends in the evolution of Private International Law", next March 24th and 25th, with the collaboration of the European Commission and the Notary Madrid Association.
The opening ceremony will be held in the presence of the Hon. Raúl CANOSA USERA, Dean of the Faculty of Law, University Complutense of Madrid, the Hon. Mr. Francisco J. FONSECA MORILLO, Head of the European Commission Representation in Spain, the Hon. José Manuel SUÁREZ ROBLEDANO, Magistrate at the Madrid Superior Court of Justice.
A specific workshop will be devoted tothe Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in the Caribbean (OHADAC) with three lectures given by Magistrate Catherine SARGENTI, President of ACP LEGAL, on "OHADAC, a Caribbean initiative", Prof. Dr. Sixto A. SÁNCHEZ LORENZO, University of Grenada, on "OHADAC, Strategies for the harmonisation of Business law in the Caribbean and the Guyanas" and Prof. Dr. Rodolfo DÁVALOS FERNÁNDEZ, University of Havana, on "The OHADAC Caribbean Court of Arbitration".
Seminar in the three OHADAC languages, English, Spanish & French.
