ACP Légal hopes that 2016 will be the year that sees the creation and launch of the activities of the OHADAC Center of Arbitration, headquartered in Guadeloupe, following the recruitment of arbitrators based on strict ethical and academic criteria and the training of these arbitrators to “OHADAC law”.
