ACP Legal informs you of the 8th edition of the International Seminar on Private International Law, held on May 8-9, 2014, and organized by the Faculty of Law of the University Complutense of Madrid. The seminar was supported by the European Commission's representation office in Spain, and for the second time, hosted presentations on the project OHADAC (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in the Caribbean).
The seminar was coordinated by Professors J. C. Fernandez Rozas and P. A. Miguel Asensio. The work of this 8th edition was held at the Faculty of Law's Grados Hall on May 8-9, 2014, as well as at the European Commission's local representation office in Spain. The discussion was oriented both on recent developments and future prospects in various fields of private international law, with special attention paid to current issues of need or study, and on presentations focused on the OHADAC project.
