We are pleased to inform you and provide you with the full interview with Professor José Carlos FERNANDEZ ROZAS, on the draft bill on private international law in the Dominican Republic.

Professor José Carlos FERNANDEZ ROZAS is the Director of the Department of Public and Private International Law at the Complutense University of Madrid and team's selected member of the OHADAC project experts.

The interview was conducted by the Gaceta Judicial of the Dominican Republic, No. 326 of January 2014 at the initiative of the magistrate Edynson ALARCÓN, Judge at the Civil and Commercial Chamber of the National District Court of Appeal.
