Dear friends,
On behalf of ACP LEGAL, I hereby inform you that Mr. Jean REALE and we have parted ways. We express our deep gratitude to him for the work he has done at LATINCOM LTD, for the benefit of OHADAC (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in the Caribbean).
Consequently, as of today Mr. REALE no longer represents either the OHADAC project or ACP LEGAL.
The OHADAC Project will continue in full force, and the Intra-Caribbean Chamber of Arbitration is due to become operational in the course of 2014.
I will reach out to the representatives of each of the Chapters and to each of you in the days ahead, so that we can continue working together, in the interests of both the OHADAC Project and the Greater Caribbean region.
