Mediation and SMEs at the heart of the French news

26 11 2012

Pierre-Pelouzet-tnWednesday, Mr. Arnaud Montebourg, the French Minister of Productive Recovery and Ms. Fleur Pellerin, the Minister for SMEs, announced the appointment of Mr. Pierre Pelouzet, purchasing manager of the French railway company, SNCF, as the new inter-company French government mediator.

Pierre Pelouzet, co-authored of the Charter of inter-firm relation, belongs to the category of executives committed to the development of French SMEs, as the vice-president of the SME Pact, but also by his functions of President of the French National Society of Executives & Sourcers and Vice-President of the Observatory of Ethic Purchase.

The OHADAC project of creating a regional court of mediation and arbitration, -especially dedicated to SMEs of the great basin of the Caribbean-, is part of the protection and promotion of small and medium companies of the French Caribbean, a major source of job creation. No doubt that Pierre Pelouzet will have a watchful eye on this initiative.
